Tax Alert: 2012 Dutch tax package
On September 20, 2011 the Dutch Ministry of Finance officially published the 2012 tax package. This tax package contains measures that should become effective as per January 1, 2012. In the following we will discuss the most important tax proposals of the 2012 Dutch Tax Package.
Please note that since both the Dutch Parliament and the Senate have to approve these plans, significant changes to the proposals could still occur.
