René Zijdeman

René Zijdeman works at the Alphen aan den Rijn branch...

...and after finishing his study Dutch law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1991 he worked as a legal consultant at various companies. In 1999 he finished his study notarial law at the VU University Amsterdam and in 2002 he completed the Continued Education Programme for Trainees (VSO). From 2001 till 2003 René worked at a law firm, where he independenty employed both advisory and process-in activities in the areas of company law, labor law and administrative law. Since 2003 René works at Grant Thornton in Alphen aan den Rijn. As of 2009, he was named partner.

 
At the Alphen aan den Rijn branch, René is responsible for the law practice. As senior legal consultant René focusses among others on contracting law, company law, labor law, tenancy law and health law. René is head of the legal staff.

 

Along with his work at Grant Thornton, René is also advisor to the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam and Board Member of Ergotherapie Nederland.
