Peter den Hertog
Peter den Hertog is based at our office in Rotterdam...
...and is partner of our corporate finance activities. Peter is a chartered accountant and certified expert in the area of business valuation (Register Valuator).
Peter joined Grant Thornton in 1991. His experience in accountancy began in 1988, after five years working in banking and insurance. Over the years Peter has served a wide variety of customers in numerous sectors. In recent years Peter has developed specialist skills in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions. Peter became partner for the corporate finance activities in 2001, and since that time has contributed greatly to expansion and development in this area.
In recent years, acting as impartial valuator or party representative, Peter has successfully brought a number of complex valuations and acquisition conflicts to a successful end.
He was also involved within a large number of acquisitions and company successions. Alongside a solid financial foundation Peter pays a lot of attention to the personal situation of his clients.
Peter is project manager at the Rotterdam School of Management in the field of Business Valuation.
